let's assume the cum right price is RM2.6. The right issue (RI) is RM1.2 each. 2 right issue for every 10 ordinary shares(OSC).
Value of share (10 OSC + 2 RI) = RM2.6 x 10 + RM1.2 x 2 = RM28.4
Value of share (12 OSC)= RM28.4 / 12 = RM2.3666666 per share

[ex-right price - issue right price]/ex-right price = [2.23-1.2]/2.23 = 0.4619 = 46%

This stock seems have dropped a lot from 6.58 to 5.30 currently. Drop about 20% within a month. Other plantation stock does not seem to drop so much. Time to buy?
