excluded 88.2mil fair value gain, ksl's profit was 252mil, which is 31.5% profit margin of revenue 801mil.

Unbilled sales will be progressively become revenue in coming quarters. one thing have to consider is the ringgit vs rupiah has depreciated from 3705 on 30/09/2014 to current 3567, 3.7%. plantation may has forex gain in next quarter's result

Just cash only worth 1.56 per share, the rest of assets included lank, hotel, inventory, acct receivable worth only 78sen per share (at current price of 2.34). It need to keep for long term to generate profit. I am waiting for it to further down some more to collect.
