（吉隆坡17日讯）威城（VS，6963，主板工业产品组）取得新咖啡机制造合约，并首度为客户提供设计服务，提升价值链动作获分析员大力唱好，同时重新评估催化因素浮现，为公司前景增添更多亮点，上调2017和2018财政年净利目标8.5至9%。

威城接获总值8200万美元（约3亿2800万令吉）咖啡机制造合约，让艾毕斯研究备感惊喜，这是威城首次为客户量身定制新机型，相信该公司将可取得更高的赚益，净赚益料超过7%。

“相关合约将在2017年1月投产，我们相信将为2017财政年带来6400万令吉营业额和450万令吉净利，但2018财政年营业额和净利效益将全面爆发，分别达到1亿零900万令吉和760万令吉。”

设Dyson吸尘机组装线受看好

有鉴于此，艾毕斯研究上调威城2017和2018财政年净利目标8.5至9%，达到1亿7760万令吉和2亿1060万令吉，但调低2019财政年净利目标2.6%至1亿3220万令吉。

投资前景方面，肯纳格研究认为威城已浮现新重估催化因素，其中为Dyson吸尘机设立成品组装（Box Build）生产线令人惊喜，预计整个生产线将在2017财政年初量产。

“这个新生产线每周最高产能达2万单位，每年可望带来额外4亿令吉营业额，同时管理层也暗示短期有望取得更多合约，集团恐需加设2条生产线。”

该行补充，虽然威城今年6月面对新咖啡机出货延宕问题，但相关问题已经解决，未来集团还将为客户生产新咖啡机，有望推高全年出货量至300万台。

至于威城建议以6000万令吉认购NEP控股的20%股权，肯纳格研究相信整项交易正面，主要是相关计划不仅将为公司带来新制造收入，同时其估值也比领域平均为低，而NEP也将为2017财政年提供4000万令吉盈利担保，以及NEP净利赚益相对较高。

整体来看，肯纳格研究看好新重估催化因素可能带动威城2年净利取得13%的复合年均增长率（CAGR），因此给予“短线买进”评级，目标价1令吉73仙。

套两大天王——高产尼品及速柏玛即将公布业绩，市场预期前者净利可成长，后者则保持平平。

（吉隆坡10日讯）手套两大天王——高产尼品（KOSSAN，7153，主板工业产品组）及速柏玛（SUPERMX，7106，主板工业产品组）即将公布业绩，市场预期前者净利可成长，后者则保持平平。

速柏玛将在29日公布全年业绩，高产尼品则在月杪公布2016财政年第二季业绩。

产线工程
影响业绩

综合达证券与联昌研究的看法，按季对比，2名分析员皆认为上述2家公司因提升部份产线工程而导致业绩受到影响。

达证券会晤高产尼品管理层后表示，高产尼品部份客户要求展延下半年送货及部份产线进行提升工程而导致亏损，从而影响了第二季业绩表现。

达证券预期，上述产线将在今年下半年恢复正常生产，届时丁腈手套年产量可额外增加20亿只。因此达证券保持早前的净利预测，预期高产尼品201财政年净利按年走高15.6%。

达证券补充，尽管2015年第四季至今年第一季，手套价格虽然面对竞争，但高产尼品工厂使用率仍保持80%，手套年产量为220亿只。

“高产尼品盈利能力高、策略性佳及赚幅稳，因此维持其20倍的本益比不变，给予‘买进’评级，目标价8令吉20仙。”

联昌则预期，速柏玛2017财政年会有更好的表现，主要是加埔产线恢复正常生产，加上10号及11号厂可全面投运，届时速柏玛手套年产量将从232亿只增加至340亿只。上述20条新产线为丁腈手套，届时丁腈与乳胶手套产量比例为55%及45%。

速柏玛10号及11号厂虽然可对该公司产量做出贡献，惟速柏玛巴生加埔工厂目前正在进行改造工程，加上美元走强及原材料价格放缓，加剧了同业的竞争，从而影响了赚幅。

速柏玛计划在今年第三季启动加埔手套城计划。不过，联昌预期速柏玛10号及11号厂营运后，方能开始手套城计划，最快将在2017财政年下半年开启动。

手套城将会建造4座新工厂，每座工厂产能为79亿只手套。

相比其他手套股，联昌认为，速柏玛盈利能力及其估值，处于低估，因此维持速柏玛2017年的本益比为12倍，给予“加码”评级，目标价2令吉70仙。
