Such a self-comforting article hahaha. I would advise stop wasting time justifying the actions of this company because no matter how, the ultimate losers are those minority shareholders who are not willing to cut loss and still believing in DK. Good luck
Wow, drama getting more interesting, who are DK supporters at such a stage hahaha? Those who had earlier joined the gangster team to reprimand KPMG, should u now reprimand both bursa and EY together as well?
Funny to see that a so-called "stock guru" is using a fixated amount of investment tools such as just merely looking at profits and a few ratios to dictate the movement of a stock. No wonder most of your stock pick is losing money as you failed to adapt to the dynamic market environment that will require us to constantly improve our stock investment tactics and learn from past mistakes. Yet, instead of learning from your mistakes, you just like to boast about your past achievements of being founders of various public companies to make yourself feel better. Also, using a particular steel sector that is extremely cyclical to determine the fate of other industries? Such generalisation just exposes that your investment view is so narrow.
Great analysis for showing a list of thorough possibilities that happened between KPMG and Serba. I personally agree that an audit firm won't take the hassle to conduct a comprehensive background check on a customer's client unless it's really material and give a substantial impact on the FS. They have a lot of audit testing to perform and won't be too tied towards a certain item as long as it is immaterial.
In regards to whether are there golf games between KPMG and Serba, it will be prohibited in the audit line due to the existence of familiarity threats.
You sure their cash flow is heavily backed by the current O&G market? Not through constant issuance of PP and loan?
Take a look at their cash flow statement, net operating cash flow only 9m+, less than 2% of net profit. Free cash flow at -1.2b. Profit can be inflated easily. Time to brush up on your accounting knowledge before giving out statements.
Around 85% of Serba Dinamik's revenue and gross profit came from the operation and maintenance (O&M) segment, mainly from the Middle East region such as Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman.
However, quarterly revenue fell 23.8% from RM1.82 billion, which the company said was “mainly due to slower activity in Malaysia given the recent movement control order (MCO) imposed in several states within the country”.
Hmm does that make sense? 85% revenue made from other countries but give the explanation that revenue drop due to Malaysia MCO. So does that mean that the 85% revenue from other countries is not reliable?
Bravo to Stock Kingdom's argument supported with facts and statement, unlike Orlando which is full of his own bias and only supported with a short statement from Serba side. Continue to stay in your own elite world Orlando
When the so-called insider has a vested interest in Serba, he will try his best to only speak on the bright side of Serba. Since there is already a bias view, better just take it with a pinch of salt hahaha, maybe he just trying to lure more innocent Fella to invest so he can dump at a higher price. Better to just wait for SC and court to decide who is wrong or right instead of blindly giving confidence to a company facing an audit issue. Many more companies to choose from instead of gambling on this
@rr88, thanks for your kindergarten analysis, how do you even get the support price at 0.44 and TP towards 1.2? How do you know 2nd audit opinion will favour them, they haven't even appointed any auditors yet haha, who knows no 1 want to accept the audit work due to high risk?
last few days so many chances to escape from this hole, but many are in denial and even taking legal pursuit and KPMG resignation as positive news, see what it is currently, every day will be cheaper and cheaper hahaha, hope this serves as a good lesson for those who are in denial and those trying to gamble an uncertain stock thinking it is cheap
@iHunter and @rr88 why so desperate in trying to trash-talking KPMG while there is no conclusion on who is right or wrong yet, just let the court and SC to decide haha. In the meanwhile, you guys can slowly watch your invested fund in Serba depleting as big institutions slowly disposing their shares to you hahaha
lol Orlando, KPMG is resigning due to following the standard procedures where auditors will need to resign whenever the auditee raised a court action towards them. Nothing had changed on who is right or wrong yet. Why so desperate to keep trash talking KPMG, they just doing their job to safeguard shareholders wealth. You should thank them if they are helping you to red flag any Serba wrong-doings haha. No need to allow your confirmation bias to dictate your thoughts
haha the whole comment section was bombarded by Orlando, why being so desparate, is it that you have too much of vested interest in Serba? Just let SC and the court do the due diligence, spamming here and there won't help haha :)
Haha for those who still promoting Serba probably stuck at a high price trying to lure others to suffer with them. As long as the audit issue remains unresolved, investing in Serba means total gamble. Go refer Transmile case.
Lol this counter pure goreng just like gambling, you either win or lose, but the probability of losing or winning will depend on whether you are lucky or not. If you had profited, consider yourself lucky to be able to ride the trend with sharks. Don’t think it’s because you are smart unless you had strong reasons to back up your reasons to purchase this stock. If you had lost, consider yourself unlucky and never repeat the same mistakes of chasing high again, learn from the lesson.
Have been invested in Dnex and holding it for more than 2 years due to being bullish about its management operations and future outlook. Had once gone to the lowest point of -86% during 1st MCO in 2020 and currently is enjoying 65-70% of profits. Glad to be holding it instead of cutting loss :)
