I personally agree that an audit firm won't take the hassle to conduct a comprehensive background check on a customer's client unless it's really material and give a substantial impact on the FS. They have a lot of audit testing to perform and won't be too tied towards a certain item as long as it is immaterial.

Take a look at their cash flow statement, net operating cash flow only 9m+, less than 2% of net profit. Free cash flow at -1.2b. Profit can be inflated easily. Time to brush up on your accounting knowledge before giving out statements.

lol Orlando, KPMG is resigning due to following the standard procedures where auditors will need to resign whenever the auditee raised a court action towards them. Nothing had changed on who is right or wrong yet. Why so desperate to keep trash talking KPMG, they just doing their job to safeguard shareholders wealth. You should thank them if they are helping you to red flag any Serba wrong-doings haha. No need to allow your confirmation bias to dictate your thoughts

If you had profited, consider yourself lucky to be able to ride the trend with sharks. Don’t think it’s because you are smart unless you had strong reasons to back up your reasons to purchase this stock. If you had lost, consider yourself unlucky and never repeat the same mistakes of chasing high again, learn from the lesson.

Have been invested in Dnex and holding it for more than 2 years due to being bullish about its management operations and future outlook. Had once gone to the lowest point of -86% during 1st MCO in 2020 and currently is enjoying 65-70% of profits. Glad to be holding it instead of cutting loss :)
