oily, confirm they wont cut oil production. Logically speaking, why would a big producer cut production just to increase the price which benefits other ppl? Will u do that if u are the biggest producer? In a competitive environment, price will be reduced until all the weaker parties die out and then price will be readjusted upwards. Strong party will not cut production. They only will make weak part die out. Economics 101.
