are Fake.

At this point,
nobody is talking about buying any sebak share anymore.

Question is

this quarter report is more acceptable
But this quarter has NOT corrected any of previous quarter.

I believe sebak has overstated previous 5 quarters profit by more than RM 500 millions.

This is very BAD.

We can not use earning to value serba share anymore.
The earning should be presume fake by now.

If we willing to accept the last quarter profit as real
which is 0.4 sen per quarter.
FY is about 1.6 sen eps
This give value about 16 sen per share at PE 10.

We cannot use higher PE because this company is still under investigation for fraud accounting. EY report, after so long, still cannot be released.
Why ? Another Red Flag.

So, we need to look at the balance sheet.
We want to know, can serba stay above water ?
For how long ?

Full year claim make 38 million profit
yet still need to raise RM 100 million
Just look at the Total Liabilities !!

sebak bond is already rated as junk bond
A one dolar bond, that now people refuse to even buy at 30 sen.
Junk bond mean mother share has reach zero value, or worth zero.
So, people are betting at 30 sen bond, hoping to get back 35 or 40 sen.
If bond holder can even get back 99 sen, it still mean sebak share is worth zero.
Because bond holder must get paid in full before mother shareholder can get anything.

Play smart, do not throw away your money.
