meaning sebak and liwa need to pay BIG money to uae to secure the long lease.

And when we say sebak and liwa pay BIG money, we are actually talking ONLY Sebak must pay the BIG money. Liwa got no money.

Now, sebak claim build this and that. So, high fi campus, electronic city, or whatever. Who going to pay sebak to build all these ? No ... not the UAE goverment. UAE gov only collect money and tax from Sebak.

Meaning, Sebak need to build their ownself.
So, are sebak going to pay sebak to build something on sebak land, and then claim receive contract revenue from sebak to sebak ? Then sebak plan to sell to sebak whatever they build as well ? No ? Yes ?

Welli multi tried to cover up by burning part of their office to destroy "non-existence" documents.
So, when auditors ask for payables, inventories, plant, properties documents, they said cannot give because terbakar. Ask for more times.

Few years back CSL did the same - remember ?

Do not be surprised if suddenly there is fire in Bahrain office, or anywhere.

Some of the company mentioned, also have history of white knight coming,
and everyone of them also either the white knight never arrived
or some white knight came for few days before run off with more money.

One of the so call white knight that i remember was Halim Saad into Welli multi.
During Welli scandal, Halim Saad suddenly bought a lot of Welli multi and reporter who interviewed him, later post in the edge or the star that Halim Saad is the white knight.

Few days (not even 1 week) later he disposed everything with big gains.
SC froze his profit for some years, but later drop the insider charges.
