Insas Directors FIRST priority is to make money for INSAS.
Insas SECOND priority is to not forget the FIRST PRIORITY.
Share price will adjust by itself.

At the end,

Insas profit margin is 160%, u can easily check and confirm, so is anyone.
But my question is, what is the point u try to make regarding profit margin.
U say PA profit margin is better than Pmetal by 1%
(WHAT ?! 1% also want to brag ?!!)
So, I just stated the fact of Insas profit margin is 160%.
So, your point is ... you got no point.
1% better ? Only 1% better ?! ONE PERCENT niah ?

Refer latest FY result .. Insas nett Profit margin is 160% !!
It is higher than LB, PMetal and PA combined together.
It is very very HIGHEST.

Answer to Q1 :
This is just a formality of expression.
RM 1 issue price - 71.19 sen vvap+ltd = 28.81 sen
28.81 / 71.19 = 40.47%
This is called premium to vvap+ltd price
The word premium here got nothing to do with interest rate or return on investment.
It is just another use of the word premium in accounting for the word "excess" or "compare to".
Nothing to get excited about.
3.8% p.a. mean 3.8% p.a.
Don't simply bring in any numbers u see in the report and claim funny funny things.
This make u look very bad.
Answer to Q2 :
The tenure can be extended with ALL 3 condition fullfilled :
1. must be permitted by law
2. insas company agree
3. rps holders agree.
There is no "majority rule" here. It is "one to one" basis.
If company agree, and abu want to extend, then abu's rps will be extended.
If ah beng doesn't want to extend , than insas will pay back RM 1 as per agreement.
Answer to Q3 :
U are confusing between holders and company.
Anyway, the meaning here is very simple. Kindergarten kid also understand.
The term here said, company insas is allowed to return the RM 1 anytime back to holder before maturity date.
If insas say tomorrow insas will return RM 1 to all holders, then all holders will get back RM 1 per rps. (as formality they will give notice 14 days). Imagine those who bought at 88 sen today, suddenly get back RM 1 tomorrow.
There are few reason, why insas will return RM 1 earlier than maturity date.
But no point we talk about this, when simple term also cannot understand.
Wait till u upgrade your knowledge.
Yes, we all have to wait for few hundreds years lapse,
before we can re-visit these reasons again.

when u are in share market to punt,
then punt, don't lie to self that u are investing.
We see ppl buy 4D ... they also call it investing.
Invest RM 2, can earn RM 2,000
But it is really investing ?
They know it is not investing, but calling it punting or gambling sound not very nice.
But when u keep saying gambling is investing so many time, u will start to believe your own lies. There is no getting out from it until something bad happens.
But, what else can we do ?
Wake up also painful.
Keep dreaming also painful.
Better wake up and go find other useful hobbies.
DO NOT LOOK BACK>

I got a lot of friends play share market.
Every single one of them try to teach me.
Luckily they are very honest friend.
They told me sincerely that they lost a lot of money.
I told them, i make a lot of money, aren't they suppose to learn from me.
They tell me, this is share market.
Loser cannot learn, only can teach.
Do not ask why, it is a nature law.
So, i stop trying to teach them.
I also thank them for telling me this.
It save me a lot of time and energy.
