things in investlah change when LG become admin there mar .. his purpose is to con people and to promote politics lor ... leno kena ban by him many many time for political reason .. and finally leno decide to teach him a big lesson of his whole life. pharmacy operate is very competitive market ... noting inteligent about their product mar. Everi paharmacies produce same medicine .. panadol, cough syrup, antibiotic ... and customers can simply switch at their whims. Operating margin low. My pick one is customers cannot simply switch one. The more other customers use that product, the more they will not switch .. because it is very troublesome to switch product. It was a competitive segment where winners take all .. losers will disappear and no new competitor can come in no more. Yup .. this company just become winner ... silent winner. Nobodi care to notice it .......... yet.

solli ... not karex.This company operatin in non-monopoly segment, but because they are very intelligent, and produce very quality products, .. market start to use their product. The more customers use their product, the more other customers have to choose their product if they need to use mar. Its profit margin veri veri high .. i repeat veri veri veri HIGH. It doesn't need gov protection like proton, it dun need licence like casino or lottery ... its monopolise come from their hardwork and intelligent brain. Its customers are very reliable paymasters. Tis stock has been neglected by a lot of people ... so, the price is very very attractive in term of value investing.

if u buy rps from open market .. than where u get your warrant leh? u dun have warrant if u buy rps from open market mar. Now, let's say u buy 1 rps at 90 sen. Then u still need to buy one warrant at how much leh ? 10 sen ? Then u surrender your 90 sen rps + 10 sen warrant to get 1 insas share that worth 79 sen ? Why u wan to spend rm 1 to buy something u can get at 79 sen at open market ?

Let assume the proposal confirmed. (mind u insas can cancel the proposal anytime if nobody want to subcribe hor. No penalty one)
and let's presume u already own 5 insas share, and now pay rm 1 to get one RM1/4sen yield rps + 2 warrant (x-price RM 1/warrant). Also meaning the so-call trading of the right alreadi closed.
The rps and warrants will be listed on KLSE and traded as other common warrant and stock lor. RPS also listed and traded like other loan stock counter lor. And definetly the rps will trade below RM 1.00 one. Why ? Because who wan to pay more than RM 1 ? U ? Me ? Nobodi ! And to answer your question is ... u can sell off your rps to other people like other share listed.
How long it will be listed ? If not mistaken the circular mention 5 years. At the end of 5 years, if u still holding the rps (not sell yet), than the company will pay u RM 1 lor.
On top of that, the company also can decide to buy back from u earlier than 5 years, in case insas can get cheaper than 4% loan from bank.
