Right issue price is not fixed . Still there are some user keep posting that ri price will be 1 rn n ex price 1.27 rm.

Keep saying indication price is ri price. Diu nia sing. To me this people are not naive or dumb.

They post this just to scare people to sell n they r waiting to buy.

Some people who not holding mrcb might give negative comments n opinion.

Pls do your own research n dun simply believe some posts in the forum.

There are people post comments with motive. Be it bearish or bullish comments.

Mrcb joint venture with epf to dev bukit jalil lands this news is jus out.

Last year news was nrcb get the bukit jalil sport complex refurbishment project. Read the news in detail before u comment pls.

government said iwcity can bid for bandar malaysia. do u think government will give back the master developer role to IWcity with better bid compare with previous agreement deal ?

this will look bad to the government. not honor the previous agreement and ask for a better deal from the same company.

The master developer role will definitely wont go back to iwcity. just my opinion. government must had negotiated with iwcity to give better deal before and failed . so they terminated the agreenment .

i believe the management knew they will have to take up more bandar malaysia project beside the transportation hub . thats why they have this cash call now .

if in coming months there is news saying MRCB bidding for bandar malaysia master developer.
it will go up up up

so big cash call. wanna reduce gearing to take up Bandar malaysia projects ?
