The management made wrong decision for not drilling a single new well on 2015 . 2016.
Now u said ri only will be done if sumatec can made profit from pumping oil.

No new well how to pump more oil ? U guy sitting there wasted 2 years. Now want start drill well . Said no money to fund the operation? They shouldknow sumatec's financial commitment is huge with the bank loans etc. Yet the management choose to stop developing the oil field.n stick with 500 barrels bpd.they should have made effort to increase production to bring in more profit. They should see oil price will rebound in one or two years. Unless they dun. N choose to sit there do nothing.

TigerSumantara RI will not happening so soon until existing operation proved economically feasible. To fund the operation, Sumatec need fresh fund, bank borrowing (not possible due to recent law suit), major shareholder (not possible as no funding available to underwrite the RI, that is main reason the RI not happening) and private placement.

When EDL deal will be concluded ?
