Saudi see the need to drive out these shale oil developers sooner than later , these Shale oil boom is riding on cheap financing fund when oil price above 100 usd. abang adik mali pinjam money kasi korek lubang like no tomorrow .
If Saudi had cut production on dec 2014...shale oil developers will cont to bump even more oil to the market and expect Saudi to cut production again n again...
