One point to note. Opec dun have much more bullet to press down the price now. Saudi production is at highest. Spare capacity jus got abit. Somemore if saudi continue to press down price . Nigeria n Venezuela country will have crisis that. Eventually lead to oil ouput disruption. . So does the policy to drive out shale oil developer with low oil price will end soon ? With oil price drop till 26 this feb. Those bank will not dare to lend money to shale oil developer to drill new well. If the drill new well break event cost at 60. Would bank dare to lend them money if oil at 70 ?.
