hng33, how come KPS get so little from Splash ? According to the report, as of end of last year, Splash net assets are worth 2,271,080,000. 30% is 681k, no ? Bad deal, huh ?

The directors only know what's going on in the company....but they cannot read the mind of the market players...most times, they sell and the stock goes higher...so, you can only tell so much from seeing their activities...

after a lot of mistakes, I think technicals are always more reliable than looking at who did what.....cos even directors sell before it goes up much more...very often

I think its good they are selling off the lousy businesses...smart move. Some people have too easy jobs and get paid well
