there's many ways to skin a cat... if u want to profit 250k why wait for it to go 1000% just buy in volume and u will achieve that amount. don't buy only 500k shares buy 50million shares instead...there's plenty of netx shares to go around at this current level.

depends on how much one is playing this stock. the spread is like 25% on each bid. Lets do the maths :-
buy 500k shares @ 2c = myr 10k
sell 500k shares @ 2.5c = myr 12.5k
gross gain 2.5k or 25%
