As on capital restricting, it is unlikely to do it now. If u remembered 2 yrs ago when they fall into GN3, then was rumor that they plan to do capital reduction with right issue to consolidate the huge shares on market to get out of GN3. But it didn’t happen then. Now even not likely will happen since the price has appreciated.

Omesti is likely going for 2nd round off market unload of possible all or major remaining % shares to the new interest party, which likely to be Insas and Tan. This likely trigger the MGO.
