Do u think that still logical that they will inject more assets into focal when their holdings are only 35 % not 65 % as initially planned ? Only fools will do that . They can easily set up another vehicle like JV company to undertake the expansion needed and bypass the Eco world in total.

if test the Spsetia 's price will be considered fairer and equitable but not anything above where spsetia is more established by 15-17 yrs if not mistaken ? A person's prestige does not mean much but team effort is .

It is a matter of transparency in accounts that has led to the fate to this very co.

Can follow focal , do not accept the deal . The price of focal is much much better than the offer price of 1.45 / share if not mistaken.

Share splitting may spike the price ? It is only happened here ! why ? punters are out to put SELL first before anything else . After all , nothing change for the co except more scrips and a bit cheaper to owning shares at much much lower value and much much lower dividend . but here punters don't mind the dividend but got the chance to gamble is the main agenda. Once the dust settles , it will reflect the actual value in the end ! Many will find that they are holding a very much inflated scrips where they need another 10-20 years to recover ? who knows?

Had sold some , so the balance will be put to sell at 7.50 or higher . No harm to wait a little bit longer coz the share has touched the bottom, may go up soon . Only time will tell. Do not be misled that It may even touch 8 ? It will be a very tall order!

Since the co is making profit and has substantial amount of liquid cash for future exploits , there is no harm to accumulate when it has touched it's bottom . It is only waiting for the right moment and time to spring the surprise or surprises. Even PN 17 cos are getting better deal than PMCORP ! It will be no mistake to keep it for medium to long term when it's profits keep on increasing to greater heights ! Those who predict the death of this co may be the one who are accumulating right now... No surprise at all.
