if houses are priced affordably , then the supply and demand will set in. Unlike houses in Iskandar costing over million plus for a double -storeyed terrace is quite unimaginable . With the glut sets in, interest up 0.25 percentage point , GST charge ...high inflation and stagnation in economy , I can't see any reasons that Iskandar will fair better ...under severe competition. Though many had bought land banks but had paid heftily so eager to accumulate more lands , looking like asset rich but cash poor . If economy suddenly tumbles, all will be gone in minutes.

interest going up in 6 months time as reported in Wall Street ....S'pore properties are selling with reduced prices in order to attract more buyers. Here in Iskandar , the prices are up with no discounts but only more ads to let potential buyers know about the project locations. So much properties but buyers are dwindling coz more than 60% of the population can't afford such expensive houses prices ranging from 500k to 2 millions...Looking at the scenario, it will be best for us to wait and see....look see ...look see...

The right price for son is 8-9cts not 19-20 cts...u der the present price tagged

Tordano : the son is trading at an exceptionally high premium compared to mother under the present scenario. The main reason being it is cheaper in cost compared with mother and each rise in mother will trigger a correspondingly rise in son as the demand is there? How long it be like that ? It all depends when the maturity sets in. When it is nearer to the exercise date , the premium will diminish instantly and those who bought it may suffer Hugh losses! This is real gambling , so the one who held the son shares in the end will have to bear all the consequences.
A right minded people and focus on long term investing will chose mother instead of the son. The reasons are :
Mother may get dividend when it has declared but not son
Mother may get right and warrant once declared but not son.
Mother may get bonus shares once declared but not son.
Since buying mother is so advantaged than buying son, many can't figure why so many are attracted to son ? The main reason is gambling nothing but gambling instincts that played the whole music! If you are the one like to play son, be prepared for the worst to come come maturity. This is a piece of advice, that's all.

beware of market meltdown as many had speculated as the Dows is hitting all times high. It just need a spark to get it kicking n I think this should not be discounted!

3 months ago , iris climbed to 63 cts....it was falling non-stop until today n closed at 41.5 cts . Each day averages 30 million * 60 days = 1800 mil oversold....The possibility of rising is great given what type the scenario is , it may gap up without any warning....so keep on buying low will be the solutions to all ills...It can't be wrong anyway given that it may migrate to main board when all the fund managers will be eyeing ...

yeah ...most of the stocks r falling , so this is the right period to collect more good n fundamentally strong stocks...

son covert to mother will come closed to 41 cts...whereas the mother only 30 cts! only the very smart guy will play this counter....best price is 10-11 cts.....like inari -W....

worst for son coz very overpriced .....it should be trading 10 cts now....pls keep on selling....

another pathetic counter , trading 120-123 only, no change for a long long time !

only trading at 1 lot , looks pathetic....n really sad.....

even world cup so what , life still going on....like it or not , we r waiting patiently for u to unload cheaper shares still ,so that we may buy it at a much lower price .... So keep on selling pls.....

major shareholders r selling and buying this counter from 5.70-5.98 ,,,,no wonder its price is stagnant n just can't break RM 6.00???????

15.5 % premium given , so the risks r 15.5 % higher come sept 2015....happy trading...

warrant should be trading around 10-11 cts not the present 20+ cts ....after taking the exercise price 20cts into consideration...just look at inari and inari warrant , no premium given...if u want to play warrant , pls do not complain when the price is gap down after adjustment to mother in pro- rata basis. Those playing warrants are themselves sharks too!
