If follow Bursa ruling only above 5% shareholding sell must announce. If there is short seller no need to announce. You can see same pattern in CAP, Xinghe, Msports, Xinquan, etc who sell that make it drop so much.

Is Sime Darby CEO Tan Sri Mohd Bakke Salleh a good choice to replace Zakaria? He was group president and CEO of FGV and served as managing director of Felda Holdings Bhd before he joined Sime Darby.

Another why is why Isa still FGV chairman despite so many calling him to resign? Latest is Muhyiddin also call Isa to resign.

I choose Idris Jala as new chairman because he has experience as MAS CEO and was Heim chairman since end last year. You can see Heim share price jump a lot this year.

After reading newspaper and internet news I come to conclusion Zakaria should retain his CEO job but not Isa Samad. Idris Jala should replace Isa Samad as new chairman? Perhaps Zakaria should be given work until 31st March 2018 and given KPI eg RM minimum RM 300 million profit for FGV in 2017. What other shareholders think?

Actually I worked in accounts department before. Only CEO, CFO involve with money handling not chairman.

Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) has issued notices of indefinite leave of absence to four officials, including its CEO Datuk Zakaria Arshad and CFO Ahmad Tifli Mohd Talha.

The notices came after they were allegedly implicated with improprieties by FGV’s external auditors PwC Malaysia, in relation to dealings between its subsidiary Delima Oil Sdn Bhd and a long-time Afghan-based customer, Safitex.
