Having said that PWC is RM 10 billion projects so Ivory future prospects will hinge a lot on PWC.

Apollo Ang no hurry to complete all projects. Penang still have a lot of empty properties.

Even pending is Jesselton land sale. If settle more money will come in.

Problem for Ivory is cash flow. When PWC 1st phase complete they can solve a lot of problem.

Even Kancil car park in Penang Hill can demolish who know Times Square 1 might be the same when Ivory have more money after PWC projects complete?

Before their IPO, I already know they r useless from this iconic car park. Maybe Penang land and limch and go and have a try, drive slowly u know, go and feel best car park in the world. Now is resident car park if I am not wrong, pity the resident. Perwaja delisted yesterday on the road of liquidation soon and government not helping as it is the Old man's project years ago. So also VT, LKY, MK, TSS...
