The figure of 270k is way off for a hydroponic Green House system. Although u may argue that ARBB undergoes strict auditting process as per SC guideline, the question would come to our mind is; Why would a Company pay an exorbitant price, given the availability of cost effective approaches.

Besides, Potential questions that may arise among the investors: Why do u need MoUs with local universities to develop technologies? Isnt ARBB, a well Established IOT company would already have a good team. Yes, you may hire consultants, But Why do u need an MoU?
