TG dare to buy back, EPF also put money in TG. Dont think EPF are so stupid to put money in TG, dont think TG also stupid to buy back. Sell more then they will collect more, retailer and panic seller are easy to manipulate like this.

You are my Sifu. I am a ex stockist and remisier. Have being in the mkt for over 35 yrs. I really miss the clause that allow the directors
the right to adjust the CRPS conversion price. Can you point out where you find that CLAUSE in the info send to shareholders.
My play would have being very different then.
I would have join the sell down from the 60 cents level and start aggressive collection after announcement of issuance of 2nd tranche at 48 cents. Big opportunity miss. My cost is still 58 cents.

In the resolution that was pass at the EGM, there was no mention that the Directors have the absolute discretion to fix the price of CRPS conversion. Now its confirm that they have this right based on average price traded for the past few days.
I was fooled into it. Think those people sell down from about 58 cents to buy the CRPS at 48 cents. Hibiscus had not paid dividends and the CPRS carries a 4% coupon.
My average cost is about 58 cents. Guess have to lock in and see.

Glove is very different from Palm Oil.
Total Palm Oil export is much bigger than Gloves.
That windfall tax on Palm Oil gives the govt a lot of money.
Govt give alot of support to Palm Oil. PORIM and etc. No support at all to Glove Industry but indirect tax via foreign worker's levy.
This govt is very short sighted if they do impose windfall tax on glove. Also rubber glove use rubber latex. Does not make sense.

THE ISSUE WILL BE PROGRESSIVE IE NOT A SINGLE ISSUE OF 2B 9SUBJECT TO COST OF ASSETS BEING ACQUIRED AND OFF COURSE THE DEMAND). MAIN THING IS WHETHER AT CURRENT SHARE PRICE OF BELOW 50CENTS, WHO WILL BUY CPRS AT 66CENTS CONVERTION.

I feel its good time to go ALL in. Price had stabilized past few trading days and was up yesterday. Volume yesterday was bigger than previous 2 days. With yesterday's higher close and higher volume compared with the previous 2 days, there is little risk of price going down esp with Dow up 2.5%.

Will continuing toping up. Will sell my remaining glove stock (Comfort) and put into this counter. Sinovac vaccine already being sold to the public in China at USD60 for 2 dose. People flew in from other places to have the vaccine. Already got long Q.

Assuming that the CPRS is fully subscribed and the assets acquired,
the producing assets will be 7X, but at current share price the minority share holders who can sell the shares are very few. CPRS is converted at 66 cents. Assuming current shareholders price is on the average of 56 cents there should be minimum resistance to the share price from current to 66 cents.
Hope to see this scenario soon when oil price spike, but hopefully after the completion of the CPRS and the acquisition of the assets.
