u all dont suprise,there will announce special dividend ths qtr or next cos i know somethg is brewing there. they wan the genuine investors to ride along wif them. for those who cant wait,better throw cos others can accumulate more.remember one thg,if they didnt get the contract,wht r they going to do wif their staffs?it's not hundreds but thousands of them in the healthcare services will lay off.so think again b4 u throw away ur stocks. it's time to buy instead n stomach the pain temporarily

tn hj jaafar,statistics had carried out by william bernstien's latest book that good stocks will not move as high as bad stocks which has bad financial health over the years but tht was history.if the business prospect is there n the actual valuation didn't reflect the true value of the business cos it was mismanaged,therefore it can be saved thru restructuring or taken private by private equity investors.tht's by judging thru valuation metrics,it differs from buy n sell side traders/investors n it was documented by prof. aswarth damodaran which valuation is his pet subject.who will get it right on the fair value(FV) of a stock.the answer is nobody,however the one is right if he gets less wrong from other person who has more wrong than him. it's interesting for ths kind of stock which has the similar case to MITHRIL who saved by another white knight from PESONA. As wht u had said based on reliable source that makes u confident to buy up the stocks n it's dangerous cos the source can be unconfirmed n ur judgement on ths one is highly risky n ur brain had defined the fair value. if thgs go well wht is ur FV of ths stock n at wht price u wanna exit?im sure u hve one in ur mind..

tuan hj.jaafar..i reckon ur play will b short term cos it will behave like a voting machine n the key point will be the upliftment from PN17. from FA, the financial health is not good with cash flow in -ve territory n high borrowings. long term will never b a good one in my portfolio however i will try to study ths type of ctr which has gone thru restructuring process. from TA point,it's a good entry level. wif 1 cent increase which translates to 9% increase,...it;s not bad. i will get in n out as quick as possible.
