Frankly puncak is worth rm6-7per share but it 'll take time cos other buyers are not allowed to take over. In fact, mb didn't even follow basic rule in corporate that is give better or at least match offer by gamuda in 2010. This is the downside risk in short to mid term

Splash offer is the same in 2010. So, it is logical splash will let puncak take the receivables before cut off date, provided they can collect from ssg. More than rm1billion to puncak group
