Charging the done market prices of kps, I can assure that even the privatisation is true, the price offer will not be exceeding rm1. As kps shares free float is only around 20 over odd %, if the offer price is good, the price is already sky high. The investment bank and insiders have sapu enough before the so call leak info by the edge. Those said Toyo and cpi could have low pe are not true. Good performance share such as Time dot com no need to privatise, the price still going up everyday. This is my one cent opinion
