Looks like another good results for this year with the on going projects, which are doing well. The Batu Pahat landed property alone contributing 150m per year.

No doubt excellent results. However, if the clueless management is not proactive with the analysts/funds etc, the stock will continue to hibernate.

I wonder whether this is the first time where a PLC whose board members have hardly any shares has placed all its shareholders under siege by their illogical actions thus far.

Why are they in a hurry to JV on the land? It hardly brings in any cash to alleviate its cashflow problem???
