KNM buy Borsig for rm1.4billion for a 180 years company. Its too good to be true....the current company I am working with is a 120 years packaging company with valuation of rm24billion. Borsig in OnG and renewable should be worth many times that....

5billion have been invested in umobile so far (from recent news). So I think min listing valuation will be 10billion or more. Maybe around 15-20billion more reasonable. Less than big three but high enough for existing shareholder to exist...

I wish that too....but holding redtone not too bad either profit being up. Given it is VT company, listing of umobile will give redtone more businesss as well. If you notice in redtone financial report there is alot of business coming from VT other business as well. We will win big whether Umobile list through direct route or indirect through redtone. Indirect route will be more lucrative like during ecoworld take over some small bursa company (forgot the name though)

I think listing umobile they can get more money than backdoor listing. They will only look at backdoor listing if going through direct route does not work. I might be wrong though..

recurring income stock almost always command higher PE and valuation...and during downturn almost always drop a little compare to contract type of counter

No....for me holding 5 years is sure making money provided the company is consistently making money. Most of the time it is less than 5 years for me to double or triple n it worked. But u need to properly study the company before doing any investment; need to know whr the profit come from, is the profit sustainable, healthy cash flow, dividend, trusted management, etc?

I usually dont like OnG counter but if the counter can provide recurring income then I will do more research on it before investing. Most counter in Bursa with recurring income is all big cap and it doesnt provide the me with good profit long terms. I usually only look at small>mid cap recurring business and only invest in those. any investment within 5 years horizon you wont make any losses in these stock. I hit some jackpot following these method of investment

Whether it make profit or not it will benefit us as well.....no make profit share drop so collect more....if make profit just enjoy the ride.....I prefer it to report not make profit...let me collect first...lol

Yes I am aware.......but initially I did not know of Borsig but to be able to do WTE and Ethanol plant there must be some really experience entity in the field otherwise it wont be possible. Now will be a good time to keep collecting...

I monitor KNM since 2017 when I heard them going for recurring income. Recurring income got my interest that time not Borsig. Ethanol and Waste to Energy really big potential. They diversify to recurring income is the smartest move so far. With current pickup in oil n gas, both short term and long term seems very good. Short term support provided by Borsig while long term provided by recurring income......

are you sure about lower usage of fiber optic? As far as I know 5G required more fiber optic as it can carry more data. more data means you need more fiber optic or higher capacity fiber optic to carry the amount of data also it need more tower to have a wide coverage

Great article. This probably the real reason why people do not save and invest. People always complaining high cost of living, cant buy property and invest which I think is not true. Most likely is they over consume.
