Crude oil is calculated in USD. Strengthening in USD will make crude oil price to be lowered. FOMC will be in next week. If interest rate to be raised, then USD will be strengthened further and crude price will be affected. Therefore, the sell down happened recently b4 FOMC

When CPO price was low last time, farmers put little fertiliser to save cost. Therefore fruit yield was little. When CPO price is high now, they don't have much fruit to sell. Start to put more fertiliser now when CPO is high, it may need few months to get more fruit. Pls don't think Q4 16 will have good yield.

I just sold it as it has broken the supporting of 1.60. There will be FOMC meeting in next week to decide interest hike in US.

Key points are:

2) Construction wing of Malton will be injected into WCT. Malton will focus on property development.

Normally syndicate will get news first before the announcement of Q3 earning for them to collect. If the syndicate doesn't collect it be4 the Q3 announcement, then we can guess that the share price may not be up after announcement although it is good earning.

The purchase of wct by desmond is a vertical integration in term of business. He wants to cover business segment from upstream to downstream. Now, it will has business in property, construction and shopping mall. Great strategy

If today's buying price of desmond lim is 1.50 instead of 2.50, then we should be more worry. Whether Desmond can run wct better than old management, nobody can know. The buying price of 2.50 is much premium than current share price, this is fact.
