WTE is very far dream fro KNM, They may not success in this field. Most of the works are not by KNM, They Sub-contract to others. Apparently other specialists also can perform so much than KNM. You see, the first WTE port dickson...what happens now? no sound at all. I checked with one of the sub-contractor from KNM via facebook and got to know that they did not get paid for a couple of months. That's why Zuriada's visit last year by right promised to complete in December 2018, but when i asked them in March 2019, i was told that the project stopped for 3 months already......

Borsig was the largest as you said. Last time yes.....now???? Otherwise it wont be sold to KNM, Borsig was the landmark everyone knew it, but i would rather compare now with others instead.

Borsig is performing well, but most of the profit Borsig made is used to pay back the group borrowing because KNM has nearly RM 2 Billion debt to settle.

My expectation to KNM would still 0.30-0.32 for the time being, If you want KNM to be RM 0.60, Base on PER 15, Its yearly profit must stood at RM 100M. This can only be achieved if KNM has settled all debts RM 2 Billion.

Forget about RM 3.00 What Sardin Said, To hit RM 3.00 on PER 15, KNM must achieve 4th quarter profit at RM 502 Million per year. This will never achieve for the time being. Depending on WTE? Funny, Now not even see the piling, 3 years completion may end up with 5-6 years completion base on KNM's culture doing things.

Said about 5 years completion come to the worst. It would talk how long to generate the income to pay back the loan or deferred payment because they can start generating the income. The answer is another 7 years if it is outperformed only.

RM 900m goodwill equals to RM 0.34 Which will have deduction of its NTA 0.62 - 0.34 = 0.28 NTA

Yesterday 3rd quarter end up with PER 26 comparing to 1st quarter we base on PER 15 and the price went up to 0.35 from 0.18 which was reasonable.

With PER 26, the fair value for KNM should be RM 0.20 - 0.22if we stick back to PER 15 as planned before.

Bearing in mind KNM has around RM 2 Billion debt serving interest at 5 - 6.5 % per annuam.

Also goodwill stood at nearly RM 900m which will write off any time.

NTA also fell to 0.62 from 0.66

You all can buy the current price, with the power in this group there will be zero impact to the price if you sell. The selling pressure is actually not from this group. Sardin, i said good things because firstly KNM was cheap and reflected its actual value, i also attended the AGM was told about the plan and commitment.

After that, the price is up and it is above the actual value taken into consideration of Goodwill 900m anything will write off hence will reduce its NTA.

The promises in the AGM is seemed to be empty in 2 things which we have been putting high hope, first is Peterborough green energy, second is 2 phase of ethanol plant. All these plan are deemed to be no tomorrow.

If the quarter result is making loss, my entry point will be 0.20 - 0.25, if it is profitable but lower then expected, the best entry point is 0.25 - 0.30

Borrowing money to buy borsig in no matter how profit made from borsig will still flow back to bank borrowing with interest. When these old machines are going to expire there will be another depreciation losses including impairment.

Whether borsig can make surplus income to cover the losses from asia segment. In short term the answer is "NO"

- Phase 2 ethanol plant not yet start, i suspect Phase 1 is lossing games.
