As i said, KNM is too much relying on borrowing to run the business. The profit knm made has gone paying bank interest. We don't even have chance to get 3% dividend.

Yes, with every 2000 XOX-PA can convert to new ordinary 1000 XOX shares, People will convert only if the price of XOX is greater then XOX-PA.

If XOX price at RM 0.05 and XOX-PA at RM 0.03 CONVERTION Ratio is 2:1 Normally, you will not convert.

IF XOX price at RM 0.06 AND XOX-PA at RM 0.03, You may convert because breakeven cost moreover you have gained profit from free XOX-WB.

Normally when XOX up, its XOX-PA will follow up also. In fact both are the same only when you want to vote or get dividend in near future, then you may opt to convert.

1) Any listing of XOX-PR, XOX-PA AND XOX-WB will not give any impact to current ordinary XOX share price.

2) XOX price is seemed to be very low at RM 0.04, i believe in order to attract high subscription from XOX-PR to XOX-PA. XOX price must atleast to stand at RM 0.05.

3)Let's say with current price XOX RM 0.04, If you have 2000 XOX share you get:-
4000 XOX-PR

Calculation
Subscription 4000 XOX-PR @RM 25.00 X 4.000 = RM 100.00

After listing you get
4000 XOX-PA and free 1000 XOX-WB


FOR THOSE WHO SUBSCRIBE FOR
Total cost as follows:
Existing XOX share RM 0.04 x 4000 = RM 160.00
XOX-PA (when go listing price, let's say) RM 0.03 x 4000 = RM 120.00

Question is whether you what to sell your XOX-PR or not

My analysis as follows:

1) XOX has been trading downtrend since 4 years ago and i believe this is the bottom line. Further downside risk is very low.

2) Since then, Why must you sell XOX as currently level? My recommendation is to accumulate.

3) XOX has been doing very good and it is going to hit breakeven cost with high revenue every year. Relying on their own server attached to Celcom network you will find it perfect one day.

4) This year is going to be 5G and telecommunication headline. Soon the market trend will focus on these low capital stocks. Adding point is XOX has become a very successful MVNO provider. Any one of DIGI, MAXIS, CELCOM AND U-MOBILE who merge with XOX will become a TAIKO.

5) The last quarter losses were due to high expenses such as sponsorship, advertisement and overhead for sales and new subscriber's acquisition campaign. With this the initial cost which has been spending for will be set off from users long term recurring income. As u said, the cost is going to be breakeven and you can see a better result soon.

6) XOX is running all these without getting borrowing from the bank i can say XOX is free of debts.

7) Most importantly we want to see the revenue increase from time to time. Obviously, every quarter increase by 25%-30% and we hope for the best.

8) Lately, you can see XOX dealers are aggressively promoting XOX phone line. In line with 5G technology, XOX is also keen to be in the market place.

9)For the past 4 years, Many investors are very upset of the listing price from RM 0.70 all the way down to RM 0.04. In fact, looking backward you should have studied what XOX has been doing and now the price is at the bottom line you should alert your self to buy more instead.

XOX is definitely on right track. As explained before if you have 2000 XOX shares you will be entitled for 4000 XOX-PR

Every 1000 XOX-PR you need to subscribe RM 25 in order to get XOX-PA and free 250 XOX-WB

I can see XOX currently is on right track with the recent winning awards especially the trend for this year is going to be 5G + telecommunication stocks will play the important roles.

XOX can perform better as we can see the number of subscribers have increased tremendously.

The recent telcos operators are in talks about the merger and i believe XOX will be one of the eying stocks soon.

The purpose of raising fund via right issue with preference share is for business expansion in line with 5G Technology, E-wallet and Data system etc.

This fund is not for paying bank borrowing as XOX does not require bank facility for expansion. This fund is for business expansion.

with every existing 1000 shares XOX you will get 2000 shares XOX-PR and will be listing on 12 Feb to 20 Feb. You can sell, hold or buy extra via open market during this period.

If you sell XOX-PR and you will still have XOX remained. No price adjustment to Existing Ordinary XOX shares at all.

After 20 FEB, Those are holding XOX-PR on hand, you can either not to subscribe or subscribe with RM 25 for every 1000 XOX-PR shares in order to get 1000 XOX-PA with free XOX-WB 250 shares before 27 FEB

And then, wait for XOX-PA & XOX-WB go listing whether you want to sell or convert to XOX ordinary shares with approved conversion rates to be announced later.

The coming trend should have focused in Telecommunication stocks (Low market capital stocks) Such as Mtouch, XOX etc.. These stocks will be the most possible eying stocks soon.

Right Now, O & G stocks are to be temporily on hold except those are upstream O & G where it will show a good FA in coming quarter reports.

This counter is seemed to be getting lower and lower. Expected 0.25 is the Min. If KNM drops to this level and stable at 0.25 for a couple of months, then it will come with a little bit hope.
