Bro nelson , im not concern about market bottom or not but look at world market its still weak with COVID 19 and many country lockdown thier port business sure badly affected, in a word all thier business is badly hit this round. engineering MRT 1 mth no progress, smart tunnel , ports, airport i believe malakoff still ok but most of them will be badly hit. its my guess la. with our country bad economy plus hit by covid 19 goverment seems very dry how are they going to spend in coming 1 or 2 years.
