We can't be certain of market direction so don't commit all your cash too.

@rebornyc, the overall market sentiment plays a part in the price decline. If you have spare cash, then you might see it as opportunity to collect more at lower prices. But don't buy with borrowed money or margin financing as we can be certain of market direction.
