Huhuhu......issue 182,410,000 new shares to acquire 30% Hardie for RM21, 797,000..... Is it over valued. Or passing money to proxy or cronies?

Permaju people suspect is syndicate stock. But there is no link money trail yet I think. But if the PP is a syndicate related buyer, might be an issue.

Look at latest share consolidation stock like sanichi and mtouche

Total share issued 7 billion with 2 billion warrants, difficult to see the price up. Most likely is go for share consolidation and rights issue to raise more funds from shareholders. Directors only good in issuing shares to raise fund, doing business.

Look at sanichi. Seem like many original holders are selling down and not paying to take up the rights issue.

100million cash will eventually be siphon out to enrich the unethical directors through various means to make the transactions look legal.
