the company starts to buy back SHARES from the market.....is a good new to the investor....also good to the company 'cos the dividend given will go back to the company...

a lots of good news coming out....but why the dividen---6%(3CENTS) ANNOUNCED on 24/05/2012 till now,no date and further notice given yet? ......i wonder the efficency of the persnal in charge........

more good news coming out soon.....the 3cents dividen should be annouced in the corner.....

they must be somethings behind and seem news will be releasing soon.....watch out the volume in the recent trading days....it seems "buyings" accumulating..............

the "sleeping tiger" has eventually wake-up and show coming......

eventually people start looking at this "under-valued "good stock,yesterday saw a lot of buying transactions and up 2 and half cents to end at 50cents.....today(17/july)also a lot of buyers and seems something may come out soon.....I have bought a lot around 46cents....and hopefully it will go up to 65cents in a couple of months from now!

a very good counter to INVEST,not speculate.....
a 50cents par value with about RM 1.16 net tangible asset and good earning also good dividen @3cts(6%).........Valuable lands not yet revalue....But,seem seldom people like to invest....it's really a funny thing happened here.......Maybe people like to speculate or (gambling)more than everythings.....

to invest not only needed capital,also must have patience and confidence.....unlike speculation,fast money not so easy to earn...Just stayed calm and keep an eye on it....

from the point of timing.....this counter is get ready to run North...how far it can go?....all depend on the market sentiments!Hopefully my prediction will come true....just sharing my opinion,my dear frens:-)

a small stock,but Valuable to keep and wait for the remarkable RETURNS in future.
Earning company,infact almost every years.....not much,but can manage to retain profits year by year....till now,about 107millions...hopefully is accurate....
10cents in par,and NTA 25cents from lastest report.Dividend at the range of 1-1.5cents before 25%tax.Is a bit better than banking FD .
The market price always around 18-21cents,can easily get around 20cents.....in term of investing,is worthwide....speculate,i don't know,maybe depend on your LUCK!!!
One more thing to mention,the Land-banks still holding some valuable lands,Not yet revalue...since 1996.....
This is the lastest counter(till 11Feb.2012)i studied and accumulating since last week,around 19.5-21cents....still collecting......
Again to clearify here,Just like to share and Never expect you to follow.....if you interested,trade at your own Risks,and don't ask me why cannot go up in future.......ok!

i choose this counter after a deep studied....it is time to collect or accumulate at the range of 39cents----43cents.Fundamentally it's good and worth at this selling price,and theorically it has finished the consolidation period and maybe turn uptrend anytimes from now....especially after breaking 43cents.....may test the 47cents barrier,if break thro'...can go to 60cents....THAT's all my own opinion,No tips and No Sure win.....Trade at your Own RISK!!!!

For the past 2years(i drop the long time story),i mananged to make money from KLSE----every year on one or two stocks only.I servey,study and collect nearly all informations that concerned with the particular stock,then start waiting for good times to go in and accumulate......(no rumours,no tips,no insider info.)When the target(buying amount) reached,i just go anywhere to do anything Except the stock market.......relax and wait for the Turn to come,it will come sooner or later,no worry!!!
Set a simple rule for yourself to follow if you are not that "displine"kind.......A selling price to follow when it starting to rise.....

1) CME----bought at 4cents----7cents,hold 6 months,sold at 11cents----14cents(2011)
2) JCY----bought at 50---60cents,hold 3 months,sold at 85--95cents(2011-2012)

sold all my unisem stocks (140,000)@RM1.40---RM1.60,and made some CNY angpow.....refer to my statement at 30/12/2011 in this same forum page...hopefully you also make money,my frens:-)

not so....i only invest in the right time,and make some profits that targeted...then,say goodbye to the stock.....the shortest period recorded about 1 week,and the longest term about one year....no matter how,i managed to acheive my Targets these years.....partially due to LUCK,but mostly return of hard-works...best regards to u,my dear fren:-)

personally view only,i don't think so.....when you made profit from any stock,pls.keep the money only and forget about the stock.....go to other stocks,never fall in Love with Her!!!Afterall,you just interested in profit.....and beware Not to Give back your hard-earned money....is that clear,my dear fren?I can't help you in this JCY,because i also have made Money recently and now try to go far away from her...haha

Time to keep an eye and follow closely the trading/transaction of this Stock despite many specialists call to Sell off!!!Pls.go and study yourself very carefully about the company info.& especially the FReport of 3rd.Q2011....go deep into the assets and retained profits and also don't forget to find out why the 3rd.Q only make 22millions?just don't rely on others,go and find out personally....is a bit troublesome...but you will be convinced lateron...No hardworking,No gain!!!Look ahead,always be ready to find New target,once found...grab tigh and prepare to harvest...to get back your Bonus for your hardworks.....
