DH, I'm holding tight and not going to sell anytime soon as Suma is on the uptrend mode coupled with strong momentum. My plan is to hold it for mid to long term in view of its promising business model.

As for the PP thing, I just want to know if any of you here know anything about it in particular the terms of the PP only.

CFO cashed out all her 20m share which is relatively peanut and well absorbed but for PP, there are 310m share or 10% of the Suma share being allotted which is substantial and could cause hell of effect if they could sell anytime upon listing of PP.

That's way I'm concern if any of you know for sure what are the terms in PP and whether they are allowed to sell upon listing or they are bound to hold for a certain period of time.

Anyone here know for sure the offer terms for PP? Whether they can sell upon listing of PP?

Look at the BiG picture. BiG picture is Model business of the company and the future prospect of the company. Do u guys not to agree Suma has a very bright future ahead looking at what they are doing now. Suma will turn into independent large oil and gas company within years after whatever that they are doing now and planning to do in the near future including the acquisition of asset falls into place.

Why many of u still very much concerned about the Small picture i.e. today who dispose share lah, tomorrow who dispose lah, this and that. A well planned business Model company like Suma won't be affected at all by such disposal unless u notice TSHS or CEO or CMY started heavy dumping which i think is very very unlikely because they acknowledge the incredible potential lies within Suma- a awakening giant.
