I think it's to avoid conflict of interest between umobile n redtone. Besides, redtone businesses is more profitable. Retail mobile services too competitive.

there r 2ways to monetize redtone. 1. umobile acquires redtone. 2. unfold it's value n get it listed in main board. transform it into another timecom n invite more institutional investors.

VT holding 47% Johor sultan 18%. There is only 1 institution in the top 30. Philip Security 0.32%.

The teleco services offered by redtone is more comprehensive compared to timecom. Among them r health care n SD wan. Besides, redtone segmental revenue is more diversified. About 60% of its rev is derived from mtns. Redtone is well positioned to b beneficiary of nfcp.

Problem with serba is PP. This is a large share base stock tat no one can become operator easily. The price movement is drived by institutional investors. If they increase their stakes every time by PP share price ain't going to move. The management must stop PP. Let institutions buy from open market.

Yes, yy. Not difficult to understand if we ungraded the cpu processor all other components like RAM, memory, graphics etc need upgrading to optimize performance. Same thing applies to smartphone. TSMC makes the processor. Other components r mostly made by Broadcom n Qualcomm. We have seen computer producers kaput but components makers r ok.
