Price won't go up because we call it UP or down because anyone shout SELL.

It's normal to hear SELL/FALL/DOWN/DROP/CRASH at the forum whenever price up significantly, look at George Kent, Airasia, Gadang, Ajinomoto, KESM, Penta, list goes on.

I don't think there is any UMA issued to Airasia when price all the way down from RM3 to RM0.80 & all the way from RM0.80 to RM3, so this is so called SC.

I don't know why everyone so scare of UMA, UMA is just an administrative inquiry to check with the company what is going on. Nothing more.

To make good money in stock market, please try to understand how the rules of bursa go around to avoid unnecessary panic or anxiety. If worry, then better sell & lock in profit, simple as that.

Mycron was requested to reply on UMA during noon 9/9/2016, price was then RM0.78. Price drop to RM0.765 after re-opened in the afternoon. Look at today's price, now is RM0.905.

So, it's normal inquiry process by SC, no following up action will be taken as long as the company reply within the time frame, giving whatever reason including Don't Know.

Extracted from the above: the selling price of the domestic CRC, which ranged from RM2068 to RM2,292 in 2015, are expected to be maintained or even possibly increased in coming months.

According to the source closed to the CRC industry, selling price of local CRC is moving upward to RM2,150 - RM2,200 in recent months.

I don't think Megasteel will revive soon as it is extremely hard to restart already stop operated loss making business. Furthermore, look at the liabilities, OMG, it is scary, all creditors will now rush to the side to ask for repayment.

In the world & asian markets, look up to China, if China is doing very well for last few months & expected to do well in coming months/years, why we can't do well also in Malaysia.

hehe, this is beauty part of stock market, only those realise earlier will make most. Now is still not late because the rebound in CRC market is just started.

In Malaysia, look up to CSCSteel, Mycron follow with discount in valuation.

That's why I think projected PE of 7 to CSCSteel & 5 to Mycron are fair.

Why higher price is good for all steel producers? Because even with same margin, the gross profit will be much higher due to higher revenue.

Operating & other productions costs are mostly same for producing 10 tonnes or 20 tonnes.

While gross profit has become higher and operating costs (rental, depreciation, wages, interest) remained mostly same, the bottom line (profit before tax) will definitely improve.

Now plus improved market demand & prices for CRC in China

CRC industry is now in spot light because of anti-dumping duties for imported CRC & close down of Megasteel (now can buy much more lower priced raw materials & yet better quality)

i4investor, it is because of different segments of steel industry
