Look at silk highway, ekovest has done real great!

Bought an asset, work hard to carry out the potential, get another one, dare to think big when small by exploring all available financial and capital arrangement.

If relook back what Ekovest has done, it's amazing, it's business school classic model.

Be master contractor of duke 1, then owner, Get duke 2 & build it.
Get duke 3 & sell 40% duke 1&2 to finance duke 3.

With another 4 years, a giant will be born!

After interview with the Managing director of Ekovest, he confirmed that the construction order book in hand now stands at RM6.32 bil!!!

You are expecting profit of RM632 million over the next 3.5-4 years from construction division only!!!

The highest cover ratio among all construction companies listed at Bursa.

Ekovest is very likely to distribute special dividend to shareholders, look what was said by the MD in the Star Bizweek.

"On the proceeds of sales, Lim says the company needs some vitamin M to build up its war chest for its expansion and will give back some returns to its shareholders"

The advisor of the deal, Astramina's Wong, says the details would be announced in 30 market days. She hints that the returns to shareholders is likely to be higher than taht of the current yield of about 1.5%.

Something big is coming out from Ekovest.

Please look at longer term & all good factors that start to surface now, read all past years' annual reports & past 3 years' quarterly reports as well as all news (old or new) about Ekovest.

Ooh, the edge financial daily said same valuation, RM2,825m.

Look at the figures & check it out past years' annual reports (2013, 14 & 15) plus last 4 quarterly reports, all are there.

Plus payment for Duke 2 construction cost after Jun 2016 = 88.5m
Islamic Medium Term Notes = 1,739m
Defer tax liability = 189.7m
Net carrying value = 565.8m for Duke 1 & 2

Now EPF buy 40% for 1,103m!!!
