That's not what I meant, the management had promised to declare 40% profit as the dividend, of which we so called 40% dividend payout. But they failed again to obey that.

However, the promise of 40% dividend payout was just an announcement without obligation, because the management had put alot of conditions & excuses in case they did not make it.
