As the court case still in progress and no decision yet, so that mean at stage nobody is a winner. As such nobody owe anybody in respect of the court case. So both if them are wrong, i am the only one correct. Am i right ?

As JAKS Island Circle Sdn Bhd (“JIC”) withdrew their appeals, so JIC has to pay up the RM50 million soon as per the Judge order:

"Judge ordered for undertaking as to damages to be enforced against JIC. Damages to be paid by JIC calculated at the rate of 3.5% per annum of the sum of RM50 million over the period of 28 February 2018 to 9 January 2019. "

1) Result not impressive, though definitely better than a loss.
2) Have to wait for the ethanol expansion profits in 2H 2020 to see any significant profit increase.
3) As for the WTE plant, forget about it if you are not LONG TERM investor as share price normally start to rise only about 6 months before the power plant completion (see mfcb and jaks examples) while ONLY PHASE1 of the WTE plant is slated to be completed by 2022, IF, and it is a BIG "IF", there is no delay.

Not out of the woods yet, do not be so excited. The operator can easily do a "gostan" stunt to surprise you guys. He is getting so unpredictable now.

If the operator want to play hard ball, then 2 possible scenarios for the next 3 trading days:-
1) Tomorrow dive to 0.32/0.33 then sharp rebounce
2) Slowly down to 0.32/0.33 until friday before rebounce

Waiting for big volume big dive before rebounce, maybe in the afternoon. 0.35 is coming.

Past 5 days drop is so similar to the 6 days drop from 29 Jul to 6 Aug whereby on the 6th day, fall sharply first before sharp rebound.
If the same pattern repeat, expect price to go to at least 35 sen before a sharp rebound. So can wait at 35.5 sen.

Look like no need to wait for QR to go below 40sen.

If coming QR is poor, then could go below 40 sen. But after ethanol expansion profits come in by 4Q 2020, then definitely can reach 50sen, so may have to wait one more year.

QR is a double-edged sword. It could make it fly, or dive. Like playing genting big or small.

Selling Borsig does not seem to be a popular idea.

@Infinite, looks like Peterborough is a bigger goose than Borsig. Less than half of KNM's stake in Borsig for the Peterborough project seem like a good deal.
Lee said with the bioethanol expansion, the project is a cash cow. Maybe the shortfall in Knm bottomline caused by the sale of its borsig stake could be covered by the bioethanol additional income next year after its expansion.

Selling Borsig is like killing the goose that lay the eggs, to get another goose, years later. Any logic to this ?

If KNM need to sell a big stake in Borsig to finance its Petersborough WTE project, then I opine the Petersborough WTE project come a bit too early. Expand at the wrong time, again.

Borsig is KNM's cash cow / lifeline. If KNM sell a big stake of Borsig, then KNM's bottom line will not be nice.

Borsig profit is now covering for KNM's other business losses. KNM will only see big improvement if its non Borsig businesses turn around (one example is its bioethanol plant will turn profitable after additional 300,000 litres expansion completed by 2020, as reported) and Borsig bring in much more profits than before.

The problem with KNM is while Borsig is making profits all these years, its other business are bleeding, even its bioethanol plant is now making loss.

"KNM plans to raise the plant's capacity to 500,000 litres per day and once it produces that much bioethanol, it will be profitable, says Lee"

That means the bioethanol plant's current production of 200,00 litres per day is still making loss ! Shocking news indeed ! Have to wait until 2020 (as said in the 2018 annual report) for the 500,000 litres production per day to see some sparks in the bottomline.

Forget about Petersborough. This is for real long term player as need to wait for at least 4 years, that is if everything go as planned.
