世霸动力今天向交易所报备，已于本月25日，披露接获马交提呈于高庭的原诉传票（Originating Summons），并透露了传票内容。

内容显示，安永受命针对世霸前外部审计师毕马威提出的4个事项，即1）与某些客户的销售交易、应收账款和余额确认；2）本地供应商的某些采购交易和应付账款余额；3）信息技术合同的应收账款和销售交易；以及4）有关巴林客户和供应商的更多信息等事项，进行独立审计。

针对事项（1），最新调查结果显示，“安永调查后，对11名已识别客户交易的真实性提出质疑。”涉及金额：4.35亿令吉。

事项（2）的调查结果显示，“安永调查后，对6家已识别本地供应商交易的真实性表示担忧。”涉及金额：6.38亿令吉。

事项（3）的调查结果则显示，“安永调查发现，与5家已识别客户，和一家已识别供应商的合同存在异常状况。此外，安永还发现了，毕马威未识别的其他客户和供应商的异常状况。”涉及金额：7600万美元（约3.15亿令吉）。

事项（4）调查结果则显示，“安永调查发现，巴林客户可能与公司（世霸动力）相关；安永也对与巴林供应商交易的真实性提出质疑。”涉及金额：1200万美元（4977万令吉）。

针对马交所提出的原诉传票，世霸动力表明将积极辩护，并于本月26日提交申请，以修改最新调查结果，以及宣誓书中提及调查结果的相关段落。

文告也指出，高庭于本月29日决定，将该调查结果封锁，禁止外人查看或下载。

“高庭已顶下，明年1月3日聆审该原诉传票；而世霸针对马交所提出的原诉传票，则将于12月10日聆审。”

SC should start play their role by intervening into this matters, audit report definitely can't out by end of June and SD would need to apply for extension. Without KPMG and delaying in appointment of EY would make the situation worse, hopefully this was not another transmile case.

So be professional and do things professionally, you just don't sue your auditors all because they don't listen to your instruction, and your management half-bake answer to the questions brought up was really wonderFULLLL

SD can't afford to appoint EY to review, can you foresee what would happen IF SAME problems brought up by this independent reviewer? Auditor jobscope was to audit your company and provide accurate information to interest parties, which is why banks INSIST on getting "audited annual report" to access your company's health.

Hon Hai doesn't have any interest your DNex existing business, they only keen with silterra which is why they bought 5% for the time being. The reason being that they would explore further collaboration between silterra and see if anything could materialize. That 5% is just a stepping stone, if it just turn they would sell it off anytime too

lol, that auditors you mentioned are those "partners" that decides with work along with the companies to do those hanky panky stuffs. What we are seeing here is the "partner" does not want to participate in this murky stuffs thus they chose to come clean and expose to the NID and media as they can't get the answers from the management.

Appoint another ID that would listen to my calls, well that doesn't solve the issues at all. Trust issue here between auditors and management, this company going to get slaughter by the market
