Don't "bomb" me brother, I'm just saying my on-the-street layman view...:p I'm sabahan too KK definitely is one of the highest tourist arrival within Malaysia.

Just that our state government is not making much efforts to support with the blossoming of Tourism industry. Private sector had make their move by building up office, shopping mall and etc to make KK a shopping and relaxing paradise, but without the proper infrastructure in line(Eg. Public Transport and Electricity woes) its quite difficult for other industry to grow. For those who have outlet in 1B, how many times have you encounter power trip/power shortage for the past half year?

I'm not saying Asiapac not good, in fact it's one of the fastest growing company in sabah and I do like some of the projects too but just I don't have the confident on the sabah property market.

KL = people from all over malaysia and expat coming to kl to work and boost the demand.

Penang = people from surrounding state like perak, kedah, terengganu and kelantan plus with expat come to boost the demand.

Johor = people from melaka, negeri and SG boost the local market demand.

Sabah = other than people from small town within sabah, who else to boost the local demand? Indonesian and Philippine workers??

Imago mall 70mil rental revenue? Have you guys actually came to sabah and have a look at the local market?

1B retail outlet is closing down one by one, Suria had been operating at only around 70% occupancy since they launched few years ago and only recently their occupancy rate had increase. So with this Imago, Oceanus and KK times square 2 going to be lauch at almost the same time, the retail outlet sector going to be oversupply....Just personal observation for local market

As far as I know, zhulian don't have any retail outlet in bkk but do have some distribution centre here(correct me if i'm wrong). With the growing intense situation and protest going on, almost all business is affected as everyone tend to keep more cash and not willing to spend more.

I think the situation had gotten worse, only this week alone there's 2 cases of hand grenade attack and 2 shooting which involve the protesters and the "RED" shirt...

Other than this, there's another case which involve the padi farmers whereas the government had been delaying the payments to all the padi farmers in Thailand now they are staging their own demonstrations too by blocking on certain highways.

So don't expect the Thailand political crisis going to end soon, here is not malaysia where they practice total democracy system. Thailand MACC had just open investigation case on the caretaker PM(Yingluck) for corruption in padi scheme and the Thailand armies is not "helping" the government with demonstration or protest, they chose to be on the "neutral" side.

Same for me, I don't really understand about the mechanism of the warrants here but I notice the shareholders had been converting/disposing the warrants for the past few weeks.

So if they are really converting then they buying at a price higher than the mother shares which is not logical.

In 2012 annual report, they got a landbank of 19000 and within a year they had increase to 23000?

One quarter hiccup? I'm staying in bangkok and the political turmoil is not going to end soon, even the fact that military still chose to stay back and watch....Local paper estimate this turmoil going to end by march and it take maybe 1 to 2 month for the market to recover, so in the end it's around half year away for this company to "RECOVER"....

I'm trying to be selfish and I hope this counter to drop to RM3 again!!! I missed out the boat last time....:(

If the company think the share price had been deeply undervalued, dont you think that the company should have do shares buy back when they do have this shares buy back mechanism around? If you notice your company share is low and it's current price would be a huge discount to it's exact value, Do you think that the directors would be that dumb not to buy in?

I'm trying to jump into this counter since last year, but somehow I didn't because every time after the company/director announce any "good"/"potential" positive news, eventually it never materialize.

It make me lose confident in this company when whatever we minor shareholders get is "EMPTY" promise over and over again.... It sounds like a "kangkung" counter to me....

Guys, after buy this counter don't check on it every single day it would make your life miserable. It takes time for this counter to move. It would better to leave it there and spend more time to scout for other potential counter.

MAS had no hope, even if they move fernandes into the company that company would have difficulty to turnaround. It's not much about the management problem, but the company culture and attitude that cause the company suffering all these while.

I bought at RM2.40 and the prices dropping recently won't affect even bit of my confidence on Fernandes and AA.
