Can we believe all these target price above RM10? Are the analysts doing their research or are there other influences?

Someone seems to be collecting...maybe after getting a preview of the earnings call?

what happened to 2022 div? REITS ETF surely should have some dividend distribution every quarter

I think no "special dividend" to ensure that the Rakyat doesn't see Tenaga as a greedy private enterprise - like all the banks posting super profits after reducing their doubtful debt allocations

1st time commenting, long time HODL-er of TNB. My take is that the big funds won't let this stock tank. If it goes below "market value" it will just be privatised and taken off the KLSE. Khazanah owns 25%, PNB has around 17.5%, EPF has 16% and KWAP has 7.3%. If this stock tanks / stop paying dividends, most malaysian's investments, pension funds and the govt of malaysia itself will lose.

Had an avg holding of RM7.60 after slowly averaging down since Jan. Now slowly offloading at 7.80, 8.10, 8.25 and managed to get at 8.30 at the end of today...can see EPF also start to take profit to fund withdrawals. Will buy back in when around RM7.50

No interim 2020 dividend. Next one will be around the annual report in Feb/March 2021

Why is the target price (TP) for this stock all over the place? None of them seem to agree what DRBHCOM should be valued at.
AmInvest - RM2.49 (26/6)
Kenanga - RM1.30 (26/6)
Public Bank - RM2.18 (26/6)

And more recently HLG RM2.75 (2/7)

@RainT - MUHIBAH owns around 58% of FAVCO. The current value is about RM300m. Also, PB ratio for MUHIBAH is around 0.4x. So maybe other part of it's business like the airport concessions need to be impaired

Dang - missed opportunity to top up to lower my avg price. RM 0.80 is definitely the FV for this share today unless some catalyst will appear in the next few weeks.

For any traders out there,

Research Hive (Kenanga x Rakuten) 290520

Entry: RM1.61 (triggered)
Short term target 1: RM1.66
Short term target 2: RM1.70
Stop loss: RM1.57

Personally, am staying invested for the multi year Geely roadmap for Proton which will be the right hand drive conversion hub for Geely-Volvo vehicles going forward

5 May, Kenanga Research released an updated TP for DRBHCOM. (MP, TP 1.40)

Valuation basis: SoP Valuation (implying PER of 24x, on FY20E EPS)

The share price has surged 18% since our last OP call in strategy report dated 2nd April 2020. With the extension of MCO until May 12th, there were no sales recorded for April 2020, which could negatively impact its 1HCY2020 performance. Thus, we downgrade it to MP from OP with a lower TP of RM1.40 from RM1.90. Proton X70 CBU was rolled out on 12th December 2018, and the CKD version (RM4k-5k cheaper than CBU) was rolled out on 12th February 2020, in between the launching of face-lifted existing models’ variants.

For 2H20, Proton will launch Proton X50 (Geely Binyue). Proton recorded higher CY19 sales at 100,183 units (+56%) and is targeting stronger 2020 at 132k units (+32%), while Honda continued to record weak sales at 85,418 units (-17%) due to stiff competition from local carmakers. Nevertheless, with the MCO in effect and the ensuing economic contraction, Proton sales could be negatively affected and may not achieve its target.
