U see on rising days the volume is exceptionally higher, while on down days, no volume, means potential upside, many collect but when it's going down no one is selling. A few rounds more of this then it will shoot up like the other counters did

Check the chart's volume for past few weeks you'll find something brewing from technical standpoint very obvious
