U must have faith that Ecowrd's projects will still be selling like hot cakes despite the current market sentiment and Bankers will approve all their property buyers' loan....

Most property counters are trading at PE less than 10 times, anyway u pay additional 38 times (PE 48) for Tan Sri Liew's reputation...Love is blind...

OTB,i know u do come to this thread to read....dont just buy for yrself, Koon Koon n yr other VIP clients quietly (and happily)...

Quick quick do a broadcast to yr RM960 clients as well....they have suffered losses on Export Co this year...time to compensate them with WR (Gamuda-WE)....Dont wait until WR prices went up to RM0.40-RM0.50+ then only broadcast...

Tan KW oredi bought cheap cheap at Rm0.25+ and he told all the Nanyang Press Readers on yesterday....and his tips is free one..

OTB's earlier calls on Gamuda-WR and Gamuda-WE (below RM0.90) are OK..but lately highly inconsistent...asked people to sell at RM1.04 and then asked people to buy RM1.06 (maybe influenced by Hng33)...sometimes set 10% premium and sometimes 6% premium...yesterday one was classic....a new theory...

I believe PE will improve strongly this year...from 50 to 48

Yr Sifu made few cents gain on Pos n Puncak n left happily...he missed the big gain later.....

I am not sure whether his style is really good but he seems to be happy for his gain...also good lah as long as can make money....but I doubt if anyone can copycat his pattern and do well like him...

I will not look for 1 or 2 cents on RM1 counter...not my cup of tea...today made few cents on POS-CV...

Early birds (old n new birds) are sitting on hugh paper gain or oredi realised good profit...latecomers bought at RM1+ and have to pray everyday that Operator will let u all make money with happy endings...

Hng33 is expert in 1 to 2 cents daily contra gain...I think he can find many everyday...
