2ndly yeah BIM( Building infromation modelling)...3D and 4D programme to design and to reduce cost of construction...i don't think there is any company in singapore or malaysia than can match novamsc experiences in BIM...if it is to be made compulsory for iskandar...novamsc must be the 1st beneficiary...except malaysia cronisme or pilih bulu principle?
