Can share which scenario is better?

KYY is 87 yeas old. Can we live as long as him? At his age, he can still write articles, can you and I do the same thing at 87? Do some soul searching.

Compared to KYY, we are still very young and have limited experience in stock market. We can choose to follow or NOT to follow him to buy Jaks.

KYY is almost all in Jaks. Why? I think he knows himself and the company very well. In fact, he has shared the reasons why he buys so many Jaks' shares.

Mr OTB manages fund for Uncle KYY. OTB earns commission from trading stocks for KYY. Though they have different opinions on Jaks and Masteel, we don't see them using foul words. That's it. They still can be good friends.

I have shared before that you can't rely on analyst report to earn money in trading stock. I also emphasized that wood-based stocks are running out steam. Have also reminded that the good results have been factored or priced in.

QR should be better than last quarter. But all has been priced in. Wood-based theme play seems run out of steam. Sell into any rebound might be a wise move.

It's the earning per share that counts. Remember Evergreen just finished its share placement and bonus issue. It's EPS will be diluted.

Hevea announced a very impressive quarterly result yesterday but its share price had already peaked weeks ago.

Don' t ever hope this will go up after you buy or hope it will go down after you sell. Mr market decides everything and every one of us is just a participant of the market. That's all.

From technical perspective, if Evergreen rebound in the next two weeks, 1.40~1.45 is the resistance area. I will change my bearish view if it can penetrate 1.45 with high volume. Conversely, if it breaks 1.20, 1.06 will be the next support.

I bought in Evergreen in Dec 2014 when no analyst covered the stock and the company suffered a loss for 4-5 quarters. Sold it one or two weeks ago. Be a contrarian if you want to be real winner in stock market.

Unless profit can go higher every quarter, else record profit might be the peak, meaning profit will go down after that. Share price moves half a year or one year earlier before fundamental.

Look at Homeriz and glove stocks, recently announced record quarterly profit but price is going down. Very often, price will reach the peak before good news, that is why i said the price has been priced in.

Yes, clear my position when Evergreen broke its uptrend line one/ two weeks ago. No emotion.

I agree that fundamentally Evergreen is sound. But all the good news including special dividend, RM4 vs 1USD and superb quarterly results have been priced in. Technical chart reflects all the news in advance. One has to be flexible in trading stock, being stubborn will not do you any good. When you let your emotion set in, you won't make money in trading stock. Sell into strength is still my advice.

Stay away from counters related to wood including evergreen, hevea, latitude, flbhd, liihen, homeriz and etc. All these counters show bearish outlook. Sell into strength is my advice. Buy and sell into rebound. Don't buy and hold.

It's overdone.

Evergreen has broken its short term uptrend line starting from Aug last year. As mentioned, I will sell once the uptrend line is broken. Thus, I no longer have Evergreen. Sell into strength is my advice. Hevea has also broken its uptrend line.

Did i say anything wrong? LOL. I said " if", pls read my comment again. Closing price is 2.41. Ex-bonus price for tml is 1.607. Key is to look at the trend. Evergreen is still on the uptrend. I have been holding it since Nov 2014. Don't stare at the quotes so often as it won't make you rich. I will only sell when the uptrend line is broken.

Stop all the nonsense there. What does 2.49 mean? It means nothing. Tomorrow ex-bonus price will be 1.64 if today closes at 2.46. If it closes at 1.67 tomorrow, the price will be 2.505.
