On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants at RM0.45 per Warrant (“Exercise Price”). The Board has fixed the Exercise Price after taking into consideration, amongst others:

(i) the Warrants will be issued at no cost to the Warrants Entitled Shareholders;

Meaning no adjustment to mother share even after Ex date.....Then why selling down ?

I think Quah is correct. Some company adjust but SKBSHUT don't based on my understanding.

SKB was adjusted when it was ex for warrant bonus in Dec 2021. So no more adjustment to mother share during warrant Ex date. So now it depend on market forces.

45 cents is the Exercise price. If Mother price 60 cents. Meaning free Warrant should be more than 15 cents.
If you buy now you will get 1 for 2 free warrant. Warrant should open more than 20 cents.
