Susuan.....Someone is changing hand so that they don't have to pay and continue making money. Slowing they pass the heavy Ball to small timer bit by bit then game over. They can't keep on holding as the price is getting higher, a lot of cash to pick up all.
They will go to another cheap company and start all over again.
The profit for 2014 with be a lot less than 2013...maybe 200% less due to no more extra ordinary gain from disposal of land and building.

EPF everyday selling Bursa shares.......if not because of EPF....I think Bursa should be more than $7.70. I am sure if one day EPF stop selling, Bursa share sure go up again.

We are talking about the future not current.
When we buy share we don't look at the past but Forward loking.

Actual PE not 6......added with one time extra ordinary gain on disposal of land.
but long term earning very good.
