I have attended the talks. and the revenue is 100% denominated in USD. No briefing on the cost structure. But appreciation of the RM will have some impact on the GP. They also mentioned about M&A and building factory to cater for more orders. They are passionate.

Agreed with icon. Actually is mixture impact. Exciting way is that the management has refocus on food and beverage manufacturer which is higher ,synergy arising from packaging business. With such a cash rich co, with annual free cash flow of rm60 million minimum, by looking at the forecast of icon which I agreed. plastic business has reach a mature cycle. But f n b they are still baby. It just how deep they can dip.

I have gone through the annual report today. It is a fundamentally sound co. In yr 2010 the shares price was at 0.28. And the co bought 51% shares of CTI n mostly are in exchange of shares of rm0.27 with the current director tan moon teik. Gp margin increase a lot. Benefit from foreign currency. But wondering why the director selling like no tomorrow. Their shareholding is reduced by half n all shares are in whose hand now? Syndicate? Retailer like us?
